Miller Consulting, Inc. was founded in 1984 after several years of prior experience in regulatory research and consulting. Owners, Brian A. Miller and Dale E. Miller have been in the oil and gas industry for over 80 combined years.
Miller Consulting, Inc. is comprised of Brian and Dale and ten full-time employees who themselves combined have over 200 years of oil and gas experience in dealing with all regulatory and research matters. We offer to the petroleum industry assistance in making your operations more effective and productive in dealing with Texas Statewide Rules and Regulations and have assisted thousands of different companies throughout the United States and Canada with their regulatory and research needs.
Services consist of, but are not limited to, consultation on all phases of oil and gas regulatory compliance, a form filing service for all Commission forms, preparation and filing of injection or disposal well applications, new field designation applications, permits to drill and surface casing recommendations. We also provide preparation of exhibits and expert testimony in your behalf for all Commission oil and gas related hearings.
